1. Scope
This policy applies to all home furnishing products purchased from TYAGI ENTERPRISES ("Tyagi") including bedding, curtains, cushions, rugs, and other textile products.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
3. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Product tags and labels are intact
- Product is defective or significantly different from description
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products purchased on sale or clearance
5. How to Request a Return
Email contact@tyagienterprises.shop with your order number, product details, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We will respond within 2-3 business days.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Exchange
We offer exchanges for size or color on eligible products. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
8. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect. We will cover return shipping for defective items.
